EXPERIENCE:

BOHLER ENGINEERING, INC.:
Currently serves as Project Manager for Bohler Engineering, P.C. Primarily responsible for project management and design of construction packages. Specific involvement includes project design and site development consulting for commercial industrial, public, and residential projects. Specific fields including zoning, planning, drainage, stormwater management systems, soil erosion and sediment control, site earth retaining structures design, utility design including site water, sewer, septic, roadway systems, federal stated, and local environmental compliance evaluations, aboveground and underground storage tank designs.

Design experience also includes site planning, conceptual layouts and traffic circulation, storm sewer design, sanitary sewer design including gravity mains and force mains, stormwater management including retention and detention systems, flood plain and stream encroachment analysis, horizontal and vertical roadway alignments, grading, preparation of construction details, earthwork analysis, lighting and landscaping design, preparation of soil erosion and sediment control plans, and other miscellaneous related engineering design fields. Also included is structural analysis and design including steel framing and support structures, concrete foundations, pile supports, evaluation of existing structures and soil retaining systems for various commercial, industrial and residential applications.

Municipal Experience:
Assistant Town Engineer (1989-1993), Town of Boonton, Morris County, and Planning Board Engineer (1993-Present), Borough of Fairlawn, Bergen County. Responsibilities include Planning/Zoning Board application review and testimony, design, public bid specifications, administration of major sewer expansion projects, roadway improvement design, contract administration, County and State interaction coordinator, water supply system design/alterations, and related Municipal Engineer duties.

EXPERT TESTIMONY:

Testified as an expert in over 40 different municipalities before Planning Board, Zoning Boards, Town Boards and Planning Commissions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
