EXPERIENCE:
Principal of Bohler Engineering, Inc., a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering Consulting
Firm. The firm has been active in the preparation of site plan design packages,
building/structural design, and related services since 1981. Project types include a variety
of retail, commercial, petroleum industry, multi-family, industrial, and residential
properties. Specific uses include shopping and retail centers, department stores,
supermarkets, service stations, fueling terminals, maintenance facilities, restaurants,
condominiums, office buildings, car washes, single family residential subdivisions,
industrial, manufacturing and related projects. Firm services include site planning and
design, internal vehicle traffic analysis, project management, construction review, building
and structural design, hydraulic piping/water supply design, sewer network design,
underground storage tank system designs with distribution piping and
components, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, computer modeling,
detention basin analysis, stream encroachment applications, environmental evaluations,
roadway designs, earthwork as a structural element, sewer and septic design systems, soil
erosion/sediment control plans, construction details, lighting and landscaping designs,
retaining wall analysis/design, zoning analysis, and related engineering design fields.

MUNICIPAL EXPERIENCE:
Town Engineer, Town of Boonton, Morris County. Responsibilities include
Planning/Zoning Board application review and testimony, design, public bid specifications,
administration of major sewer expansion projects, roadway improvement design, contract
administration, County and State interaction coordinator, water supply system
design/alterations, and related Municipal Engineer duties.
EXPERT TESTIMONY:
Testified as an expert in over 300 different municipalities before Planning Boards, Zoning
Boards, Boards of Health, Mayoral and related Municipal entities. Additional testimony
provided before Superior Courts of New Jersey.
