EXPERIENCE:
BOHLER ENGINEERING, INC.:
Currently serve as Project Engineering Manager for Bohler Engineering, Inc.'s
Pennsylvania Branch Office. Primarily responsible for coordination and management of
numerous multi-faceted projects which include the design of various commercial,
residential and industrial developments. Specific fields include site feasibility analyses,
zoning and subdivision/land development ordinance review/interpretation, landscaping
design, vehicle circulation design, grading and storm water management systems and
designs, lighting photometric studies/design, soil erosion control measures and facilities,
water/sewer and related utility design, roadway design, environmental
compliance/evaluations, municipal engineering and related services.
Other areas of expertise include: project permitting which includes
coordination/procurement of project approvals ranging from zoning to land development
to building permits; and hydrologic modeling studies for both Bohler Engineering, Inc. and
Villanova University.
NTH CONSULTANTS, LTD.:
Served as a Project Engineer primarily responsible for preparation of Land Development
Plans for private, commercial and residential sites. Also responsible for permitting and
design of sanitary and inert landfills, surface impoundments and underground storage tank
installations.
PROJECT TESTIMONY:
Testified on behalf of Bohler Engineering, P.C. in over 20 different
municipalities before Planning Commissions, Board of Supervisors,
Zoning Hearing Boards and related municipal entities in Pennsylvania.
