SERVICES FOR LISTINGS
Eichler & Moffly advertises each listing in
the Chestnut Hill Local, the Philadelphia
Inquirer and the Montgomery Newspapers (a
chain of 9 local newspapers) throughout the
contract. Other publications, such as trade
journals and monthly magazines are also used,
depending on the individual marketing
requirements of tile property. The schedule
and the content is controlled by the listing
agent.
Eichler & Moffly will create a sales
brochure for each new listing that will include
all statistical information and photographs of
the interior of the house. This will be
distributed to all our agents, their customers
and clients, and to other interested agents
throughout the area.
Eichler & Moffly will register the house
with all the area multiple listing services:
Philadelphia (covers all Philadelphia
Metropolitan Brokers), Suburban (covers East
Montgomery County, North Penn and
Philadelphia Brokers that cover Chestnut Hill
and Mt. Airy), and Tri County (covers
Central Montgomery County, Delaware
County, Main Line And Chester County).
This assures the widest coverage for customers
looking for a special house.
We are part of the
new regional multiple listing service known as
Trend. This will give complete access to
11,000 area real estate agents for all the area
listings in the five Delaware Valley counties,
plus New Castle and Kent Counties, DE.
Eichler & Moffly will be one of the first
companies in the area to offer this service.
We will also be one of the first to have access
to the National Association of Realtors new
RIN (Realtors Information Network),
revolutionary on-line technology for the 21st
century.
Eichler & Moffly's policy requires
the listing
agent to preview the listing with all our agents
and to have a "Broker's Open House" for
real estate agents from other offices to see the
house for the first time. Our policy also
requires that all outside agents must be
accompanied by our listing agent at the first
showing of the property.
All of this is only as good as the company
servicing your listing. This is why Eichler &
Moffly chose to remain independent and to
have the best service, the best agents
(including the #1 real estate agent in the
city), the best training, the best support and
the best reputation in Chestnut Hill.
