AutoCAD 3D Modeling and Rendering Applications

Prerequisite: AutoCAD for the professional Level I

Course Description

During the four day course we will take you through the features and functionality of AutoCAD. Course shall be designed toward providing experienced 2D AutoCAD users with an understanding of creating 3D models. Shading and rendering techniques in AutoCAD and Auto Vision will be included. We will look at the following items:

• Basic 3D concepts
• Regions and the Acis Modeler
• 3D Model creation
• Coordinate systems
• 3D viewing commands
• Surface Concepts and creation
• Model Space and Paper Space techniques
• Shading concepts: Introduction to Shading concepts using AutoCAD and AutoVision.
• Shading techniques using AutoCAD and AutoVision Lights and Camera
• Rendering techniques using AutoCAD and AutoVision Rendering Interface

Each attendee is assigned a Dual Monitor workstation with the latest version of AutoCAD Class size is limited to eight students. Training manuals are included and a personalized training Certificate is issued at the completion of the class. Larger class sizes, training at other locations, and customized course material is available under a separate price quotation.
