They can tell you all of the problems that they have, but don't once try to tell them about your problems.
They will turn you off!
You are there to listen and DELIVER THE SOLUTION.
That's what you get paid for. They don't pay you to hear you say you can't do this or you can't do that. They want to know what you CAN DO to solve their problem!
They could care less how many clients you have. They could care less who is waiting on the other line. They are there IN FRONT OF YOU and they want DELIVERY.
