In Need Of Aid
(Brisk)

In Need Of Aid / Brisk (MP3)

Inspired by the Rev. LeRoy Montana during Aids Walk Philly.

lyrics

When it's really brisk,
You're at risk,
Of snapping your finger off.

The head of your drum turns brittle,
Come on sun... just a little?
Can ya turn me on,
Warm me up,
Happen upon...
Some hearts with vigor,
Kindle this spark into something bigger!

When it's really brisk,
You're at risk,
Of snapping your finger off.

The metal strings,
Against your finger tips,
As the wind stings,
... and, rips.

But, as the people pass by,
Under a clear morning sky,
With a wave and a smile,
Walking their next mile,
We've found hearts with vigor,
And, the fire grows bigger.

The bugler sounds charge,
To a crowd that's rather large,
The colors of people unite,
Ahhh... what a sight!
They grow a rainbow...
That is quite bright,
Then, it's easy to know,
Everything will be alright.
