Our "Electropolyseal" line of fastener coatings was developed over 30 years ago and we continue to look for improvements. Our "Ecoat" finishes are chrome free and offer superior corrosion protection and adhesion, with no recess fill.

Although the recent concentration has been on construction fasteners, our coatings are approved by all major automotive companies and other major OEMs.


Alltech Engineered Finishes is PPG's wholly owned application facility in Taiwan. We work directly with your suppliers in Taiwan and are currently running gray, green, gold, black, redwood and brown Ecoat weekly, with other colors available to match using our PPG line of Spincoat paint products. Our "Ecoat" lines are ACQ rated and come in a variety of corrosion protections from 240 to over 2000 hours. When combined with our ZR Spectracron zinc rich primer as a substrate, our Ecoat finish is ASTM G85 Annex 5 (Miami Dade County) approved.

Alltech can help to reduce the cost of head painting of stainless fasteners with "Ecoat" over the entire screw. In fact, we are researching substrates used with "Ecoat" over steel products that will provide the corrosion protection of stainless steel fasteners. It just goes to show
