Products Used: Wellcraft® Well Model #5600 with Polycarbonate Dome Cover Project Description: This egress system was installed in a 10" thick, cast-in-place, concrete foundation. We used our mini-excavator to dig the hole for the well. We removed the existing window and created the rough opening for the new window. We installed the window, cut back the stucco to accommodate the well and the trim. We tied the drain into the existing building's foundation drain. Then we installed the well, the trim and the cover. This was a finished basement prior to us installing the well. The window was installed within an existing built-in bookcase.
