Products Used: Wellcraft® Well Model #2062 with a Flat Cover
Project Description: First, we had to remove the existing fence. This egress system was installed in a 10" thick, cast-in-place, concrete foundation. We used our mini excavator to create the hole for the well. We installed a drain to the existing sump pump. We saw cut the rough opening in the concrete and removed the slab. We framed the opening and installed the window and trim. We installed the well and cover; then we backfilled with stone. Then we finished the interior to match the existing finished basement. The landscaping was completed by others.
