Products Used: Wellcraft® Well Model #5600 with a Flat Cover
Project Description: This egress system was installed in an 8" thick, cinder block foundation. We used our mini excavator to create the hole for the well. We installed a drain that ties into the existing sump pump. We saw cut the rough opening in the cinder block. We framed the opening and installed the window and trim. We installed the well and cover; then we backfilled with stone.
The Process
