The National Home Loan Assistance Program of La Jolla offered hope for people facing foreclosure. They
promised a lot but ended up taking thousands from homeowners and doing nothing.
Katia Santiago was taken for alomst $3000, wiping her out. It was a sad ending to our investigation till a
good samaritan came along.
Mark Katona belives in "pay it forward" and has been helping the community for years. He stepped up and
and proved how good people can be. He sees it is a challenge to the community to do good.
